Presentation guideline
Oral presentation
- Each plenary talk will have 35 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Invited talks will have 17 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
- The total time for a plenary talk is limited to 40 minutes, and the total time for an invited talk is limited to 20 minutes. The session chairs will give you reminders when you have 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining.
- Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint and test the file during the break before your session.
Poster presentation
A poster board in portrait format is reserved for each poster. Authors need to print their posters in standard A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) and bring them to the conference venue. The presenting author is expected to present their work in front of the poster during the poster session. Poster prizes will be awarded to outstanding poster presentations.
